About Jeremy HerreraJeremy Herrera (born Jeremy Austin Herrera) is an American actor, voice actor, writer, video game developer, and ocassional musician currently based in Dallas, Texas.
Born in Denton County, Jeremy later moved to Collin County suburbs, where he discovered his passions for acting and writing as a kid. He is sometimes challenged with after diagnosed with Asperger's, but he never let it hinder his talent in performing, reading, or writing. With a number one passion for acting and performing, Jeremy performed in school plays at his high school, along with practicing voice overs on his flash animated projects for YouTube, along with his YouTube friend, Dan Trissel, who has helped launch Jeremy's voice acting career into a stepping stone for professionalism in 2014. After graduating from high school in 2013, Jeremy started taking a few acting classes in college (with actress Gail Cronauer) to help gain experience for his career in voice acting. Between 2014-2017, he continued to take voice over lessons, online workshops, and coaching by many mentors who are voice actors themselves: Terry Daniel, Crispin Freeman, Edge Studios, Roger Grant, etc. It was not until he met up with Michael Raffety of A Plus Voice Overs, whom gave him an evaluation for his character demo, which got produced by Raffety and CakeMix Studios. In addition to voice acting and theatre, Jeremy also has passions for writing, producing, music, animals, history, video games, animation, and social studies. Between 2008-2018, he produced YouTube videos, while also started to write ideas for scripts and books for himself. It would not be until 2016, his writing career took off after publishing his debut book on Wattpad titled "The Prophecy of Otherkins", which he then published it on Lulu before moving over to Amazon's KDP. He is currently continuing his education in voice overs, acting, writing, and music via online workshops, classes, and Yousician, while also attending college to earn his degree in Theatre with elective minors in Video Game Design, History, and Creative Writing. |
